April 30: final measurements and weigh in

i feel like i should have a ticker for how many minutes i worked out for the month of april and how many calories ive burned. hmm, maybe ill do that later today.
motivation percentage: 100% today is a scheduled day off, i have a big goal of scrubbing the fridge!!! (i know that is CRAZY, actually i saw that something has spilled down the back of it-gross, i will clean that tonight).
i had a comment left about not being able to find the 30 day shred, i want to say it is an older jillian michaels DVD. i got mine from kmart for 6.99 a few years ago. i have another jillian michaels DVD
called Extreme shed and shred, i cannot even get through it. it is a ton of jumping and leaping. besides the fact that i dont want to kill my knees i dont think my floor boards of my old house can handle me jumping around so much. so my suggestion is to be careful with her stuff.
i find the 30 day shred not to be TOO difficult but challenging enough to actually get you some results (as in muscle tone you can see). i use 6 lb weights.
i probably burn somewhere between 200 and 260 calories per each session, i burn the most with level 1 (seems the jumping jacks make my heart rate sky rocket and you do them several times). OH i just remembered i heard you can get level 1 on youtube for free.
last night i got two achievements with my dance central 3. both happened during the macerna story part. so i forgot to look them up. for some reason that song reminds me of a summer when i was a kid, a summer where my brother was "away" (he was sent upstate) and it was just me and my youngest brother (and my dad of course) and it was an easy summer. i guess all of my childhood issues with anxiety were due to my brother that was sent away.
