scheduled workout (april 11): 30 day shred level 3, dance central 3 and walk it out

dude what the heck photobucket-2nd day in a row i cannot post my watch pic.

actual:  extremely cramp and just low energy, did the workout and it took forever. 
today im feeling a tad bit better (less cramps or at least the advil is helping).  i believe tonight is an off night from working out. 
right now im debating on what to have for lunch (since i did not bring anything).

motivation percentage: 80% i just keep thinking how im almost halfway through this month.
