weekend

Upcoming events:
May 10: trip to dorney park (an amusement park) to see step son's marching band play
May 11: dedication ceremony (work function)
May 11: girls night/game night (this will be a food challenge, cause there are always yummy foods around and i cannot say no)
May 12: mothers day (plans are now a buffet lunch near grandmas with my inlaws)
May 31 9am: endocrinologist appointment

actual: none

scheduled (may 3rd): 30 day shred level 1, dance central 3, walk it out. 
actual: 30 day shred level 1, dance central 3, walk it out.
i upped my weights, i thought i was using 6 lb weights, but no they are 6 lbs together, so 3 lbs.  so i upped them to the next weights-so now they are 6 lb each, and OMG the workout is freaking hard with 6 lb weights.  of course im talking about the 30 day shred.  it also causes my heart rate to sky rocket during the weight lifting parts.  i figure it will get easier over time.
scheduled (may 4th): gym (i stopped saying what i need to do. cause sometimes i hate the treadmill). 
actual: gym (treadmill for 30 minutes, rower for 1000 meters and ellipitcal for the rest of the time)

Scheduled (may 5): 30 day shred level 2, dance central 3 and walk it out.
actual: 30 day shred level 2, dance central 3 and walk it out.   maybe one day ill get a 100% on some song.  i forget how to do the song, even ones that im good at i just forget what is next. 
motivation percent: 80%, i kind of had a feeling of OMG may 31 is a long way away.  then i remembered that at one point in time april 30 was a long ways away. 
anyway
i want to keep track of these (remember i schedule two days off per week, rest is good for a body.  cant workout 7 days a week)
total workout time since May 1: 192 minutes and 43 seconds.
total calories burned: 1,502
tomorrows workout is a scheduled day off (i was shocked to read it off my calender).
