tuesday

Upcoming events:
May 31 9am: endocrinologist appointment
June 1: weigh in and measurement (start of new phase)

Scheduled (May 12): rest
actual: rest, good thing too i was so tired.  we ate at an all you can eat buffet (that was super tiny by the way).  the food wasnt that great, so i just stopped eating.  we got lectured by Grandma for not visiting at xmas time, the only problem with that converstation is that we were there xmas eve.  :(  she is almost 85 and swears up and down we never came to visit her.  she ended that converstation with saying she is going to have to ask her sweetie (that is her b/f) if we did come to visit.  he wasnt home.

Scheduled (May 13): 30 day shred level 3, dance central 3 and walk it out.
actual: 30 day shred level 3, dance central 3 and walk it out. (haha i tried 3 times to paste the watch pic below this, but it wants to be where it posted it.  so whatever, that watch pic is from monday's workout).

motivation percent: 50%, im feeling like may is a long month.  but im going to just put one foot in front of the other and move on.
total workout time since May 1: 544 minutes and 14 seconds.
total calories burned: 4005

tonights workout: gym
i am back on track when it comes to writing down what im eating.  i swear my intentions were good, i was being like, ok i ate a bagel with cream cheese, so that is 200, plus a banana, 100 then i ate half of a stromboli, 600 (that is a complete guess).  then id eat dinner and a snack and be like yeah, im doing alright.  but i know there are foods in there that i dont write down.  i need to remember the weight watchers little sayings, "if you bite it, you write it" "if you nibble it, you scribble it"  no im not doing weight watchers, im just counting calories. :)  but its good advice.  so sneak peak at my weight right now, i was 203.0 on the nose this morning.  i was actually 206.0 the day i started phase 1.2 (thanks to my endless eating on may 1).  id really like to be under 200 at my endo's appointment, at least on my home scale.  so i can lose 3 lbs in 2.5 weeks right?
my endo likes to see 5 lbs loss every time i see her (once every 3-4 months, depending on when she wants to see me).  she also likes to see my blood sugars drop, which im not diabetic im pre, but when you are trying to get knocked up that makes a difference.  last time they were better but my weight was up (and i was not taking the meds like i am supposed to, im also not doing it now, i dont like the side effects, id rather not have to run to the bathroom in the middle of my workout).  the main reason i actually see her is that i have a thyroid condition.
